Pedram Zohrevand Has Various Scholarly Contributions under His Belt

Pedram Zohrevand is a well-known professional, who is currently working at one of the leading firms CES4 as a Principal Structural Engineer. He manages and conducts all structural engineering projects, which includes rehabilitation, design, and assessment of several commercial and residential including seismic retrofit.

Some of his major projects were – 

Engineering Design of the Largest Building in USA Made of Shipping/Cargo Containers, an Innovative Sustainable (22,000 sq.ft.  four-story) office building in Miami 

Rehabilitation design of Riverside Hotel (using Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) for deficient concrete elements and helical piles for settling foundation) City of Miami, FL

Nonlinear dynamic analysis of Portofino Tower, a residential skyscraper in Miami Beach, (484 ft. tall reinforced concrete structure with 44 floors), and designing an additional roof top with a pool structure for the building. 

In addition to this, Pedram Zohrevand has various scholarly contributions under his belt -

Coordinated “Workshop on Ultra-High Performance Concrete”, which is a technical workshop for FDOT offices, South Florida universities, Florida International University in 2011.
