Pedram Zohrevand Has Good Experience in Rehabilitation/Strengthening and Seismic Retrofit of Aging/Deficient Structures

Pedram Zohrevand is a highly skilled professional having an extensive experience in structural analysis and designing various structural systems. He has a wide knowledge of seismic simulation of special and complex structures and nonlinear finite element modeling. Along with this, he has a long-term significant experience in rehabilitation/strengthening and seismic retrofit of aging/deficient structures, using different structural design codes, such as ASCE 41, FEMA, NEHRP, CBC and more. 

Being an experienced professional, Pedram Zohrevand is serving as the Director of a reputed and well-established firm, CES4. This firm has two offices in Florida (Miami) and California (Los Angles), with a cumulative experience of more than 50 years in the industry. And according to the Google Scholar, these publications have more than 100 citations.  Moreover, for the development of new construction and retrofit techniques using Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites, he has secured several research grants (more than $500,000) from national and state grant agencies.

Pedram Zohrevand has Served as the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Fort Lauderdale

Pedram Zohrevand is the director at CES4. Prior to this, he was the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Fort Lauderdale. He was responsible for managerial and professional engineering work in the Public Works Department Engineering Division.
