Pedram Zohrevand Did Many Projects in Florida and Earthquake Retrofit Projects in California

Pedram Zohrevand is the director at CES4. He has more than 10 years of experience in design, construction, management and leadership. He manages and is responsible for all the design services such as structural, civil, water/wastewater and storm water, as well as project management and construction inspection. He has accomplished many projects in Florida and Earthquake Retrofit projects in California. 

Owing to great skills and abilities, Pedram has immense knowledge and expertise in structural analysis and design of different residential and commercial buildings. He has extensive experience of working with different structural systems and their design codes, such ASCE, ACI, AISC, IBC, UBC, CBC, FBC and more . He is also specialized in nonlinear finite element modeling and seismic simulation of especial and complex structures. 

In addition to this, Pedram Zohrevand has many accomplishments and he received many awards as well, such as - 

He became the US Permanent Resident through National Interest Waiver based on his scholarly research and publications.
He secured two research grants (more than $500,000) for researching on advanced composite materials and their applications in structures
In 2012, he was recognized as the Worlds Ahead Graduate, Florida International University. 
In 2012, he received the award of being an Outstanding Doctoral Student, Florida International University.
In 2011, he secured 1st place in Engineering Presentations at Florida International University Scholarly Forum.
In 2011, he got the Dissertation Year Fellowship (one-year stipend of $25,000) at Florida International University. 

Pertaining to his educational background, Pedram Zohrevand completed his graduation from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran and post-graduation from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran in Civil Engineering. He has also received his Ph.D. in civil engineering from Florida International University, Miami, Florida. He has a great proficiency in ANSYS, MATLAB, OpenSees, SAP2000, ENERCALC, AutoCAD 2011, REVIT, Mathcad, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, RISA, RAM, ADAPT, Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite and ABAQUS.

Pedram Zohrevand has Served as the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Fort Lauderdale

Pedram Zohrevand is the director at CES4. Prior to this, he was the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Fort Lauderdale. He was responsible for managerial and professional engineering work in the Public Works Department Engineering Division.
